From Black Friday to Christmas Eve, children’s audio brand Yoto took over Residency at Islington Square during peak gifting season.

Yoto creates Bluetooth speakers for kids. Designed as screen-free entertainment, its main function is to play audio stories via by specially created content cards, although it also works as a speaker you can pair with a phone or tablet.

To allow parents and children to try the product before they buy, Yoto created a brand activation to showcase their award winning ‘Yoto Player’ at Residency. Children were able to fully explore how the product works, as well test out a host of the Yoto story cards. Designed to be a fully immersive space for children and parents alike, Yoto also created a wall of sound where children could create their own pixel icon. 

Activating the space to its full potential during the busiest shopping period of the year, Yoto hosted a range of activates to entertain children from face paintings, drawing and live music.
